By submitting payment information, you authorize NYCEP and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method for:

  • Recurring membership charges

  • Applicable taxes

  • Processing fees disclosed during checkout

If a payment fails, is declined, or is reversed, we may suspend services until the outstanding balance has been paid.


7. Service Activation

Services may begin immediately after one or more of the following occurs:

  • Payment confirmation

  • Account creation

  • Document submission

  • Completion of required onboarding steps

  • Any additional conditions disclosed during checkout

The timing of service activation may vary depending on the services purchased.


8. Non-Refundable Payments

Unless otherwise required by law or approved in writing by NYCEP, the following payments are non-refundable once earned or incurred:

  • Coordination fees

  • Flat-rate service fees

  • Third-party costs

  • Processing fees

Services that have already begun or have been reserved are considered earned and are not eligible for a refund.


9. Cancellation

You may cancel your membership using the cancellation method available through your account or by contacting NYCEP.

Unless otherwise stated, cancellations become effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

Cancellation does not eliminate outstanding balances or previously incurred charges.


10. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, we ask that you contact NYCEP before initiating a chargeback through your financial institution.

Improper or unnecessary chargebacks may result in:

  • Suspension of services

  • Termination of your account

  • Collection efforts where permitted by law


11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NYCEP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise required by law.


12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The website and all services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

NYCEP makes no express or implied warranties regarding:

  • Availability

  • Accuracy

  • Reliability

  • Fitness for a particular purpose

  • Merchantability

  • Non-infringement

13. Arbitration
