At New York City Eviction Plus (“NYCEP”), we are committed to providing high-quality administrative coordination, membership services, and digital solutions. Because many of our services begin immediately after purchase or require the allocation of resources, our refund policy is outlined below.
By purchasing any NYCEP product, membership, subscription, or service, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly authorized in writing by NYCEP, the following payments are non-refundable once earned, incurred, reserved, or processed:
Membership fees
Subscription fees
Administrative service fees
Coordination service fees
Processing fees
Consultation fees
Third-party costs
Flat-rate service fees
Digital product purchases
Services that have already been performed, initiated, coordinated, scheduled, or reserved are considered earned and are not eligible for a refund.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Account setup
Membership activation
Administrative review
Document processing
Case coordination
Customer support services
Consultation services
Digital service delivery
Recurring membership or subscription payments are non-refundable once processed.
If you cancel your subscription, your cancellation will take effect according to the applicable Cancellation Policy. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for payments already processed.
NYCEP may pay third-party vendors, processors, agencies, or service providers on your behalf.
Any third-party costs incurred in connection with your services are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
If you believe you have been charged in error, charged more than once for the same transaction, or notice unauthorized activity on your account, please contact NYCEP promptly.
Verified billing errors will be reviewed and corrected as appropriate.
Before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution, you agree to contact NYCEP to provide an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Improper or fraudulent chargebacks may result in:
Suspension of Services
Termination of your account
Collection efforts where permitted by law
Recovery of fees associated with the chargeback process
Refunds may only be issued when:
Required by applicable law
Approved in writing by an authorized NYCEP representative
A billing error has been verified by NYCEP
Any approved refund will be processed using the original payment method whenever reasonably possible.
NYCEP reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time.
The Last Updated date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version.
Continued use of our Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Refund Policy.
